Post Workout FASTING? | Intermittent Fasting & Exercise Protocol

ENJOY! I hope I brought some take-home pieces of information in this one. The truth about post-workout nutrition is that you don't NEED to eat right after a workout. As a matter of fact, it might even give you some added benefits like enhanced HGH (human growth hormone). This works ESPECIALLY well if you have some level of amino acids still in your blood from having some protein or essential amino acids prior to your workout.
So what would this protocol actually look like? Leading up to your workout consume: - Black coffee, and some source of amino acids. Either an Essential Amino Acids supplement, which I take (linked below) or from a protein source like whey, eggs, etc etc - Workout and KILL IT!!! - Don't eat or take antioxidants for a few hours. Feel this out. I personally go at least 2 hrs - ENJOY YOUR FOOD once you decide to eat. And also enjoy the benefits of enhanced muscle growth, fat loss, longevity, & insulin sensitivity
