Instagram Stories Rant: Is keto safe and/or healthy? It depends how you approach it!

This is a video I stripped from my IG Stories, I thought it'd a quick important note to share so I'm posting it here as well.

Undamaged fats, high omega-6's, low-quality crap protein sources... These are doing much more harm than good, especially long term. The absence of processed carbs and sugars will always make someone feel good - but let's stop thinking in terms of macros and start thinking about real health.

Food is just 1 pillar, of health, but it's important how you approach that pillar. I think a ketogenic diet is optimal if you approach it with clean, healthy, undamaged fats that our brain and cells are made up of. It's great, and I do it, but I also cycle out of it every 10-14 days because I went keto for almost 4 months straight and felt like crapola.

What are your thoughts on this? Have you experienced anything I stated here? I always appreciate your viewership! If there's anything you need, comment below or DM me on Instagram
