There’s a bunch of things you can do to maximize your sleep, here are 7 EASY and CHEAP ones that most people can do or have the ability to do. And if you think you can’t, cut the excuses, because you can 😄

👉 GET SUNLIGHT IN THE AM. This activates melatonin production so you can rest easier + you’ll be getting a dozen other benefits from sunlight

👉 BLOCK ARTIFICIAL LIGHT AT NIGHT. Get some blue blockers (I use these 2 specific ones from True Dark https://amzn.to/2K6mETI which are life changing) and they can completely change your level of regenerative sleep. This is key. I’m not even mentioning the havoc that artificial light is reckoning on your body. This hack has benefits beyond sleep

👉 TURN YOUR PHONE OFF. You’ll protect yourself from EMFs and do this 1-2 hours before bed if you can. If you’re addicted to your phone or up late hustling on it, try to turn it off even 30 min before bed. RELAAAAAXXXXXXX ALL YOUR NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE THERE IN THE MORNING

👉 SLEEP IN A PITCH BLACK ROOM. Turn your bedroom into a cave. Tin foil and tape is all you need. Cover all the little LEDs from devices/clocks/smoke detectors too, those fuck you up

👉 SLEEP GROUNDED. Buy grounding sheets or an earthing mat from earthing.com (http://bit.ly/groundingproducts) for $40. This is a game changer and will radically enhance you

👉 RAW HONEY + BRAIN OCTANE before bed. Couple teaspoons or a tablespoon of each together. This will give your body and brain fuel and nourishment it needs to do its job for regenerative sleep. Raw honey is amazing, so don’t be scared to dip out of ketosis for this. I like raw manuka honey from Wedderspoon https://amzn.to/2HScZj0 I use Brain Octane daily and in my coffee https://amzn.to/2K2uRbk

👉 SUPPLEMENTS. Magnesium, potassium, GABA, L-Theanine, Sleep Mode @bulletproof, whatever floats your boat. DON’T TAKE MELATONIN consistently. That will harm you long term. Please feel free to comment, email, or DM me on Insta if you have questions about this
